The Antiracism Cohort (ARC) is a group of leaders who come together to learn, grow, and take action against racism within their work and institution. Through a series of facilitate discussions, workshops, and activities, participants engage is antiracism learning and strategies for dismantling racist systems. Sessions include a combination of lectures, course materials, critical reflection on current ratings, and more.

- Explore and apply antiracist practices at the individual level, as well as within and across institutions.
- Employ emotional and historical experiences to engage in deep thinking.
- Shift from linear, economy-only system of thinking to a circular economy that is human-centered and ecologically balanced, in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
