We use stories from two specific YouTube channels to demonstrate true leadership through the perspective of action-driven decisions related to Equity Diversity & Inclusion.

We will not rebuild our cities and restore our communities if we’re comparing what is in front of us to what is in front of someone else. Critiquing how someone else is building, instead of looking at what God has given us to build, is the surefire way to guarantee that nothing gets built at all.

A Black owner of a chain of luxury stores goes undercover at one of his own stores. Unaware of his true identity, the manager insults him with racially charged assumptions.
