ARC 3.0: BUILDING ON THE BEST PRACTICES OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION
The Antiracism Cohort (ARC) is a group of leaders focused on combating racism in their professional environments through discussions, workshops, and activities aimed at individual and organizational development. ARC strives to create a supportive environment that empowers leaders to promote equity and dismantle racism effectively, equipping them with essential knowledge and tools for meaningful change.
Learning and Engagement:
Facilitated discussions, hands-on workshops, and a focus on dismantling racist systems.
Participation and Resources:
Flexible in-person and virtual classes, individual data assessment, and a curated antiracism curriculum.
Expert Engagement and Recognition:
Learning from international specialists, special workshops on challenges, and a digital badge for completion.
Sessions and Activities:
Expert lectures, reflective spaces for open discussions, and co-creation of strategies to address systemic issues.
